Individualized care options
Focused care for how you move, work, and train.
Your plan begins with a consultation and examination. Services are selected and combined only when clinically appropriate for your presentation and goals.
Focused Shockwave Therapy
PiezoWave 2T is a noninvasive treatment option that delivers focused acoustic pressure waves to targeted tissue. When appropriate, treatment may help reduce pain, support tissue recovery, and improve function for certain chronic tendon and musculoskeletal conditions.
COX® Flexion-Distraction
A specialized, controlled chiropractic technique performed on a purpose-built table. Gentle, controlled spinal motion and decompression may be incorporated when clinically appropriate for certain low-back, neck, disc, and radiating-pain presentations.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments use controlled manual or instrument-assisted forces to improve joint motion and address mechanical restrictions when clinically appropriate.
Manual Therapy
Soft-tissue techniques, mobility work, and targeted hands-on treatment may be integrated with the patient’s broader treatment plan.
Sports and Activity-Related Injuries
Care for active adults, athletes, weightlifters, trainers, and people in physically demanding occupations is planned around the demands that matter to them.
Auto-Accident and Personal-Injury Care
Evaluation and individualized treatment may help address musculoskeletal symptoms after an auto accident. Recommendations depend on the history, examination findings, and clinical appropriateness.
PiezoWave 2T · Las Vegas
Focused Treatment for Persistent Musculoskeletal Pain
Unlike broader radial pressure-wave systems, the PiezoWave 2T can concentrate acoustic energy at selected tissue depths. Treatment selection depends on the condition, examination findings, treatment area, and patient tolerance.
Potential conditions may include:
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Patellar tendinopathy
- Lateral elbow pain
- Shoulder tendinopathy
- Certain chronic muscle and tendon complaints
Not every condition or patient is appropriate for Focused Shockwave Therapy. A consultation and examination are required before treatment recommendations are made.
Controlled, patient-specific care
COX® Flexion-Distraction Spinal Decompression
COX® Flexion-Distraction is a specialized chiropractic technique performed on a purpose-built table. Gentle, controlled spinal motion and decompression may be incorporated when clinically appropriate for certain low-back, neck, disc, and radiating-pain presentations.
The technique is not appropriate for every person or condition. Examination findings, relevant precautions, and your response to care guide treatment decisions.

Questions before your visit
Frequently asked questions.
These general answers are educational. Your recommendations may differ after an individualized consultation and examination.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit generally includes a discussion of your symptoms, health history, functional limitations, and goals, followed by an examination appropriate to your presentation. Dr. Payan will explain findings and whether treatment or another next step appears appropriate.
Is Focused Shockwave Therapy painful?
Sensation varies by treatment area, settings, and individual tolerance. Some people describe pressure or temporary discomfort. Treatment intensity can be adjusted, and your response is monitored throughout the visit.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no universal visit count. Recommendations depend on the condition, examination findings, response to care, goals, and other individual factors.
Is spinal decompression appropriate for everyone?
No. COX® Flexion-Distraction is considered only when clinically appropriate. Your history, examination findings, relevant precautions, and treatment tolerance help determine whether it belongs in your plan.
Do chiropractic adjustments have to be forceful?
No. Chiropractic care may use different manual or instrument-assisted approaches. Technique and force are selected according to clinical findings, patient preference, comfort, and relevant precautions.
Can I receive care after an auto accident?
You may schedule an evaluation for musculoskeletal symptoms after an auto accident. Treatment recommendations depend on your history, examination findings, clinical appropriateness, and whether additional evaluation is needed. Seek urgent care for emergency symptoms.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the booking, call, or text option after the clinic’s verified contact details are added. Until then, the buttons in this review build are intentionally disabled.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the area of concern and relevant movement to be assessed. If you are unsure, contact the clinic before your visit once the verified phone or text number is available.
